Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and assist clients in person and virtually across the United States. You will deliver end-to-end tax services, connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, and grow the local customer base with community engagement.

The role emphasizes serving as a trusted advisor, building relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience with access to Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
