Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and advisory work at a designated TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across business taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end client experience. The role emphasizes on-site engagement, client growth in the local community, and a strong customer-first approach, with marketing support and access to Intuit

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed (30+ 1040s per season) using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willingness to complete training and wear uniforms; advertising participation expected.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term partners across services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
