Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and help connect clients with the wider Intuit ecosystem.

As a trusted community ambassador, you will grow your local business, engage with residents, and deliver end-to-end tax solutions with a team of specialists, using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to map client needs to Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via virtual tools.
