Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, organize community events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as Credit Karma and financial planning tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients from simple to complex scenarios.
• Support discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.
• Build local client relationships and grow the TurboTax presence in the community.
