Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with a broader Intuit ecosystem to serve personal and business clients.

You will grow a local client base, lead community outreach, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience with our teams. Strong tax knowledge, client empathy, and willingness to upskill are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials are preferred and used for tax advisory services.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax-return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours weekly.
• Must wear Intuit-provided uniforms and may be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Partner with specialists to address client needs across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience usingIntuit tools and video interfaces.
• Maintain compliance training and participate in ongoing up-skilling programs.
