Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, helping them optimize refunds and plan for the future.

As a community ambassador, you will build local client relationships, lead events, and connect customers with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, and other services. This onsite role supports diverse communities in California and beyond.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax location 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete TurboTax prep for clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Lead local outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
