Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax return preparation and advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, from simple to complex filings, while expanding local client relationships and promoting community growth. The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, strong customer interaction, and leveraging Intuit resources to support clients year-round.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Guide clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and via video tools.
