Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide tax expertise, complete TurboTax preparation, and act as a local business ambassador to grow a customer base.

Role emphasizes community engagement, cross-selling Intuit services, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience both in person and online, with onsite hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, minimum 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional tax software.
Willing to upskill into more complex services (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Provide tax advice and complete TurboTax preparation for clients.
Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
Build local growth through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
Bridge clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
