Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on‑site locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex scenarios from W‑2s to business income.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the local TurboTax business, collaborate with tax, bookkeeping and advisory specialists, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes as mandated by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and compliance requirements.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location with typical 20+ hours/week availability.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and participate in advertising using your image.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus for client outreach and service.
• Proficiency with CRM/sales tools and tax software is expected.
• Interest in holistic tax advisory and cross‑sellingIntuit solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across various scenarios.
• Serve as a community ambassador and grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
