Intuit, Inc. is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at one of our new TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and collaborating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

This role emphasizes a connected, end-to-end client experience and community engagement, with scheduling between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifikationen

• EA certification or active enrollment status is preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• At least 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns).
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided.
• Comfort with onsite hours 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, with 20+ hours weekly.
• Must reside in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem offering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning when appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and explain complex tax concepts in plain language.
