Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for dedicated locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete client returns, and engage with the community to grow local business and brand awareness.

Responsibilities include hosting events, fostering relationships, and guiding clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll. Onsite work, training, and a customer‑first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Must hold active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week; training and upskilling provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead local outreach to grow a new customer base through grass-roots marketing and partnerships.
• Develop client relationships and introduce them to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
