Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in TurboTax locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs onsite. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, collaborate with a broader team to cover business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and work to grow TurboTax’s client base while delivering a

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interested in building a local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Engage with the community and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
