Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes and advise clients in a new TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work with a team of professionals, cover personal and business tax scenarios, and help grow the local client base while coordinating with specialists.

The role emphasizes staying connected to clients through meetings, ongoing service, and community outreach to build long-term relationships and deliver comprehensive tax solutions.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and deductions.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Build local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships, while delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Develop relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients.
