Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax advice, prepare returns, and help grow our local client base while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and a passion for community engagement. Qualified candidates hold active EA/CPA/attorney licenses with PTIN, and have at least 3 years of tax filing experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/permits or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20 hours/week, Sunday–Saturday.
• Willing to build a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and plan for the future.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools.
