Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site at a local TurboTax location, delivering expert advice and end-to-end service. You will work with the broader team of specialists to serve clients’ complete financial needs, including business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory with training
• onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Serve as local growth driver, attract and convert clients, and build a local client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve tax-related challenges
• Engage with community through events and marketing tools
