Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join an on-site TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for personal and small-business clients, while coordinating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end service. You will also grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and showcase Intuit’s solutions through community engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping/payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Serve in-person and via Intuit tools to ensure end-to-end service.

Tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney)

3+ years tax return experience

Circular 230 familiarity

Upskill in bookkeeping/payroll/advis

Onsite work eligibility
