Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help customers navigate complex situations.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, act as a community ambassador, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning). This on-site role includes training, uniforms, a pay-for-performance compensation approach with bonus

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow a local client base and serve as the local face of TurboTax.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other Intuit services.
• Build Relationships - turn one-time transactions into long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service in-person and via video tools.
