Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering tax preparation and expert advice for individuals and small businesses. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide end-to-end solutions.

You will grow the local client base, host community events, and represent TurboTax in local networks, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience during standard onsite hours.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA professional credentials with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN and familiarity with tax software.
• Ability to advise on personal and business tax matters in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for holistic solutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences both on-site and virtually.
