Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and support a growing local client base in an on-site TurboTax location. You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; potential branding usage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and long-term client relationships.
