This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and build lasting relationships. You will work on-site, provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll,

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Valid PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep for 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into book-keeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week during business hours.
• Familiar with tax law compliance and Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, amendments, and planning.
• Engage with local community; build client base and loyalty.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with accurate tax solutions.
