Job summary

Intuit is seeking driven professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will deliver on-site, full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, while connecting clients with a broad range of Intuit services and community initiatives.

You will build long-term relationships, grow the local client base, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to provide end-to-end support in person and via digital tools. Must reside in the United States and be willing to work onsite.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax filing experience (federal/state 1040).
• Willingness to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
