Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts.

This on-site role focuses on full-service tax returns, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients to a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via online tools.
• Engage in local events and marketing efforts to raise brand awareness and client acquisition.
