Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation, connect clients with Intuit specialists, and drive local growth through outreach and partnerships.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering end-to-end TurboTax experiences and ongoing support. You’ll work onsite, collaborate with a team of tax professionals, and leverage marketing support to build your local client base while

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete training and development as determined by the business; uniforms may be required.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Bridge clients with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences with cross‑team collaboration.
• Engage clients in-person and virtually, ensuring a seamless service.
• Maintain high professional standards and customer satisfaction.
