Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations at local TurboTax offices. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, from simple W-2 filings to complex tax scenarios and planning.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and leveraging Intuit marketing tools. Onsite work is required, with a focus on a customer-centric experience and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax return filing experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into broader service areas with training provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparations for TurboTax clients.
• Assist clients in personal and business tax scenarios, deductions, and amendments.
• Engage with the local community to grow a client base and foster relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
