Job summary

Intuit seeks Tax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support. You will connect clients with a broader team covering bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless, year‑round Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, organize community events, and act as the local face of TurboTax, driving loyalty and referrals while delivering

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with high-volume individual and business tax returns recommended.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for clients (personal and business).
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional Intuit teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Represent the local TurboTax office in the community and build long-term relationships.
