Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, covering personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through community outreach and partnerships; drive local growth and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address clients’ complete financial picture.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, in-person and via Intuit tools, guiding clients toward year-round support.
