Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance to clients.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide end-to-end Intuit support. You’ll drive local growth, build long-term client relationships, and leverage marketing tools to expand TurboTax’s presence in the community while delivering personalized tax

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040 returns for 30+ federal/state filings per season.
• EA/CPA/Attorneys preferred with tax law knowledge.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client tax returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
