Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory duties in a local TurboTax location. You will handle simple to complex tax situations and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll build local client relationships, lead outreach and community events, and promote Intuit solutions alongside TurboTax marketing tools. This role requires in-person work and client-focused professionalism.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
