Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide precise tax advice and complete preparations for clients in a local TurboTax office. You will engage with the community, build a local client base, and leverage Intuit resources to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of filing experience using professional software.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete training and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate deductions optimization, reviews, and future tax planning.
• Lead local outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Grow local client base through outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Address client inquiries and tax challenges.
