Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients through outreach and events, and collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory professionals to provide year-round end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ 1040s per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive loyalty
• Coordinate with broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences
