Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax advice, preparation, and software support to in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a broader network of specialists—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning—to deliver end-to-end service, build local relationships, and grow the client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA certification preferred or practicing attorney with tax expertise.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and contribute to community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
