Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and grow the local client base through community outreach.

You'll build lasting relationships, provide expert tax advice, and support clients through various life events. The role emphasizes a strong customer focus and on-site availability in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types and advisory areas.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Build long-term relationships to drive client loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
