Job summary

Intuit seeks diligent TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns and provide expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, helping them understand tax options while integrating them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem to support their financial goals.

Role emphasizes community outreach, client relationship building, and delivering a seamless, end-to-end service experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 1040s (30+ returns per season).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and empathy.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure end-to-end Intuit service delivery.
