Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, provide expert guidance, and support clients in person at TurboTax locations. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

The role emphasizes community outreach, relationship building, and leveraging Intuit tools to expand the local TurboTax client base while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all tax matters.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and maintain credentials.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in ads.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships with customers to drive year-round engagement and loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
