Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while expanding the local client base and collaborating with Intuit's ecosystem of services.

This role emphasizes end-to-end client engagement, community outreach, and delivering a trusted local TurboTax experience with support from marketing tools and a nationwide network.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Will upskill into additional service types with training.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Represent TurboTax as the local face and ensure continued client engagement.
