Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparations, and connect clients with a broad team of specialists for a seamless Intuit experience.

Role includes growing the local client base, delivering personalized service, and representing Intuit in community events. Onsite presence required, with hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at minimum 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney preferred and tax prep exp.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as part of Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and end‑to‑end client experience.
