You will collaborate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Role emphasizes community engagement, in-person and virtual client service, and building a local client base while supporting marketing and growth efforts for TurboTax products.

Competenze

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and engage with events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships to turn one-time transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional service and clear guidance.
