Job summary

Fortrex is seeking a TA Hiring Coordinator to lead end-to-end hiring for local locations, ensuring compliant, efficient processes from sourcing through onboarding. You’ll partner with plant leadership and HR to manage personnel records and drive candidate engagement in the community.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in recruitment, proficiency with HR systems and MS Office, and strong communication skills. Travel to various sites in the market may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of experience in hiring-related roles (Recruiter, Sourcer, HR, Hiring Manager).
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end local hiring efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (I-9, eligibility).
• Build community partnerships to source candidates and improve brand awareness.
