Job summary

Tiello partners with a respected Commercial Construction Contractor in Las Vegas seeking a local Senior Superintendent for high-end ground-up projects, including retail, restaurants, hospitality, and multistory offices. Experience in the greater Las Vegas area is required.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, site logistics, punch lists, and weekly subcontractor scheduling. Candidates must understand drawings, be proficient with Procore, and hold OSHA 10/30 certification if

Qualifications

• Understanding of drawings and specifications.
• Experienced with Procore and related construction software.
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 Certification preferred.
• At least 5-10 years of experience managing $40-$60M ground up commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and enforcing safety policies.
• Organize and layout project site logistics.
• Oversee execution of the Punch Lists.
• Manage and publish subcontractor schedules on a weekly basis.
• Review subcontractor meetings.
• Work with city inspection guidelines and regulations.

Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded Commercial Construction Contractor in Las Vegas who is on their search for a local Senior Superintendent with experience working on Ground-Up High-end Retail, Restaurants, Hospitality, and Office buildings in the greater Las Vegas, NV area.

Compensation:

• Annual/Performance Bonus(s) + Project Bonus(s)

• Organize and layout project site logistics

• Working knowledge of city inspection guidelines and regulations
