Qualifications

• 7+ years independently leading large-scale ground-up construction projects.

• Post-tension concrete construction experience required.
• Strong background in industrial, data center, or large-scale construction.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended assignments.
• Proximity to a major airport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead ground-up industrial and data center projects valued at $60M–$80M+.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate post-tension concrete construction, structural systems, and building operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Develop and execute construction schedules to meet milestones.
• Oversee concrete operations, sequencing, MEP coordination, and envelope work.
• Maintain strict safety, quality, and compliance with specs.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily field operations.
• Proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, development teams, and ownership.
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Foster a high-performing, safety-focused jobsite culture.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

They are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with a strong post-tension concrete background who has independently led major ground-up construction projects for the past seven or more years.

Position Overview

The Traveling Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site leader overseeing all field operations for ground-up industrial and data center developments ranging from $60M–$80M+.

This individual will take full ownership of project execution, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, quality control, and construction sequencing from groundbreaking through turnover.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with post-tension concrete construction, a proven track record of independently leading large-scale projects, and the ability to manage complex field operations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• 7+ Years of Experience Independently Leading Large-Scale Ground-Up Construction Projects
• Proven Track Record Managing Projects Valued at $60M–$80M+
• Post-Tension Concrete Construction Experience Required
• Strong Background in Industrial, Data Center, Distribution, or Large-Scale Commercial Construction
• Experience Working for a Commercial General Contractor or Developer / General Contractor
• Strong Knowledge of Structural Concrete, Construction Sequencing, and Complex Building Systems
• Ability to Independently Manage Large Subcontractor Teams and Field Operations
• Experience Coordinating Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Trades
• Strong Scheduling, Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project Preferred
• Willingness to Travel Nationwide for Extended Project Assignments
