Tiello LLC, partnered with a premier local contractor, seeks a Lead Site Superintendent for commercial high-end retail and restaurant projects in Los Angeles. The role requires guiding successful construction efforts, maintaining schedule integrity, and coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a superintendent in reputable commercial general contracting, with proven experience in high-end retail and restaurant builds, and a strong focus on

Competenze

• 4+ years as a Superintendent managing projects for a reputable Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience supervising High-End Retail & Restaurant Construction Projects.
• Scheduling, RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals experience.
• Strong work ethic, team player with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical, and sound judgment skills.

• Oversee daily operation of construction projects.
• Attend and participate in Safety Training Program and enforce safety procedures.
• Prepare and maintain responsibility for job schedule.
• Develop Owner, Architect, and other Contractors` confidence and attend meetings as required.
• Review all drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Chair and/or attend ongoing Contractor meetings.
• Assure work quality - set standards for quality control.
• Order materials and tools and plan supply allotment to maintain schedule.
• Prepare necessary reports (timesheets, work orders, daily reports, invoices).
• Document and complete all punch lists in a timely manner.
• Organize, train, direct, and coordinate field construction team including those of other contractors.
• Perform start-up testing and turnover to clientele.
