Job summary

Jobot Local Superintendent position in Indianapolis to lead a ground-up multifamily project from start to finish. You will manage project teams, develop look-ahead schedules, and utilize Procore to track progress, quality, and coordination with subs and design teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ground-up multifamily experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required by project locations.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Local Superintendent - Groundup Multifamily

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

A bit about us

The Superintendent is responsible for leading projects from start to finish. The initial project will be a ground-up Multifamily build on the south side of Indianapolis. My client specializes in the construction of wood-frame projects within the multifamily, senior living and healthcare sectors. This position requires providing leadership to the project teams in order to meet or exceed project goals related to the design, construction and quality of the project. My client is looking for someone with Multifamily and wood framing experience who is able to put together look ahead schedules and use Procore.
