Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a Service Sales Representative to grow our local services business by developing new account opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will interface with customers, field technicians, and other departments to support service growth.

The role requires 2-3 years in sales, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Marketing or business degree preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a business development/sales environment.
• Must demonstrate a high level of organization.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly service sales quota.
• Meet monthly and quarterly service quoting quota.
• Understand the company’s quoting and CRM process and systems.
• Submit forecast and reports in a timely legible manner.
• Call on local end users continually (in-person visits).
• Maintain the relationships with our major customers.
• Foster relationships with new prospects.
• Provide customers with all requested service reports.
• Handle customer complaints and resolution process.
