Job summary

Morgan Murphy Media seeks a smart, organized administrative assistant to support the Sales Department for Apple Valley News Now in the Yakima/Tri-Cities market. You will coordinate promotions across broadcast, digital and social platforms and assist Account Executives with client offers and orders.

You will collaborate with sales teams to prepare presentations, compile campaign recaps, and ensure timely delivery of media assets while maintaining spreadsheets and reports for the department.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Windows applications.
• Superior time and project management skills with ability to multi-task for many people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotional campaigns including contests for clients and the station.
• Facilitate inter-office communications to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
• Provide administrative support to SGMs, NSMs, LSMs and Account Executives with various duties.
• Create professional presentations with Account Executives.
• Produce recaps for media campaigns, air checks and video recaps.
• Maintain campaign assets, avails and digital orders in systems.
