Apple Valley News Now in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to bring local campaigns to life across broadcast, digital and social media. You’ll work with our sales team to turn ideas into presentations, coordinate assets and deadlines, and show clients the results of their campaigns.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Photoshop or Illustrator are a plus, and you’ll provide administrative support to sales

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate station and client promotions, including contests, from planning through execution.
• Work across departments to keep campaign assets, communications and deadlines on track.
• Partner with account executives to create polished, original client presentations and compelling campaign recaps using airchecks, screenshots and video.
• Support the sales team with order entry for broadcast and digital campaigns, inventory updates in WideOrbit Media Sales, and other essential sales tasks.
• Keep spreadsheets, calendars and reports accurate and up to date; assist with avails, HubSpot and digital order and creative submissions.
• Communicate with clients and teammates professionally and help resolve day-to-day needs.
• Provide administrative support to sales leadership, including backup assistance with political file duties and executive assistance as needed.
