Apple Valley News Now, part of Morgan Murphy Media in Kennewick, WA, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to help turn campaign ideas into compelling promotions across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. You will support the sales team, coordinate assets and deadlines, and prepare presentations that showcase results.

You’ll work with account executives to craft original client materials, manage asset workflows, and keep campaigns moving from planning to execution in a fast-paced local market

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Clear written and verbal communication in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiar with design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate station and client promotions from planning through execution.
• Collaborate across departments to keep assets, communications and deadlines on track.
• Create polished client presentations and campaign recaps using airchecks and video.
• Support sales with order entry for campaigns and inventory updates in WideOrbit
• Maintain accurate calendars, spreadsheets and reports; assist with avails and digital submissions.
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates and help resolve day-to-day needs.
• Provide administrative support to sales leadership including occasional political file duties.
