Apple Valley News Now, part of Morgan Murphy Media, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help bring local campaigns to life across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. You will work with our sales team to coordinate assets, deadlines, and client presentations, turning ideas into polished campaigns and recaps using airchecks and visuals.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to gather information and prepare reports.
• Photoshop or Illustrator proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate station and client promotions, including contests, from planning through execution.
• Work across departments to keep campaign assets, communications and deadlines on track.
• Partner with account executives to create polished, original client presentations and compelling campaign recaps using airchecks, screenshots and video.
• Support the sales team with order entry for broadcast and digital campaigns, inventory updates in WideOrbit Media Sales, and other essential sales tasks.
• Keep spreadsheets, calendars and reports accurate and up to date; assist with avails, HubSpot and digital order and creative submissions.
• Communicate with clients and teammates professionally and help resolve day-to-day needs.
• Provide administrative support to sales leadership, including backup assistance with political file duties and executive assistance as needed.
