Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a CDL-A tractor-trailer driver to transport freight in full compliance with FMCSA and all applicable regulations. You will perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and ensure safe operation of equipment.

Endorsements for HazMat, Tanker and Doubles are required; you must be able to lift 70 lbs and pass a FMCSA medical exam and road test. Flexibility with schedules including dock work may be needed, and residency within 75 miles of

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety requirements
• Ability to operate a forklift and lift 70 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer to transport freight safely and legally in compliance with FMCSA and company policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any defects
• Maintain accurate logs and required records, including inspections and hours of service
• Assist with dock loading/unloading as needed and provide courteous service to customers
