Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a professional truck driver to operate a tractor-trailer and transport freight in compliance with FMCSA regulations. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain required records, and ensure safe handling of cargo while delivering courteous service to customers.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, HazMat/Tanker/Doubles endorsements, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. You may work various schedules and dock assignments based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center or work assignment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test.
• Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs. and operate a tractor-trailer.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer in compliance with Company, FMCSA, state and local laws.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Maintain records as required by regulations.
• Safely transport freight and protect cargo from loss or damage.
• Provide courteous service to customers and perform dock duties as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and report maintenance issues promptly.
