Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking professional commercial drivers to safely operate tractor-trailers and handle freight across various terrains. You will follow FMCSA regulations, perform pre-trip inspections, and ensure cargo security while maintaining quality customer service.

Eligible candidates hold a Class A CDL with HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements, pass MVR checks, and can work flexible schedules including over-the-road assignments. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 21+ years old per FMCSA rules; 1 year driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL; FMCSA Clearinghouse enrollment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Able to drive tractor-trailer per FMCSA requirements.
• Stable employment history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment types for safe transportation of freight.
• Adhere to FMCSA, state and local laws and run times.
• Maintain compliance with hazmat and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Ensure security of cargo and equipment; accurate paperwork.
• Assist with dock loading/unloading as needed; attend to customers professionally.
• Meet attendance expectations; work collaboratively or independently as required.
